IBPS PO vacancies in 2023:
This year, there are considerably fewer vacancies in the IBPS PO recruitment, nearly 3049, compared to 6000-6500 in the previous year. However, as you know, the IBPS PO 2023 exam selects candidates from job opportunities in 2024-2025, and by that time, the number of IBPS PO 2023 vacancies might go up to, say, 3500 or more.

Requirements (documents) for IBPS PO application
If you are first-time doing the IBPS PO registration, there is another thing you should be aware of. IBPS (www.ibps.in) asks for a few documents when you apply online for the IBPS PO/MT exam 2023. The necessary documents that you need to upload include a passport-size photo, signature, thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration. IBPS PO applying process: How to fill out the online application form.
Once you go through the IBPS Probationary Officer/Management Trainee XIII notification and confirm that you are eligible for recruitment in 2023, transfer the required documents to your computer or phone, and let’s start to apply online for IBPS PO/MT 2023. Although you can submit the IBPS PO registration through a smartphone, a desktop computer is recommended to avoid screen sizing and rotation errors.
- Open the IBPS PO 2023 registration page and sign-up.

- Get IBPS PO login ID and password

- Upload photo and signature to IBPS PO form

In the next section, the candidate applying for PO will fill-out his complete home and communication address, along with details of reservations, DOB, previous IBPS PO/MT exam appearances & ID proofs, etc. They can select the desired IBPS PO examination centre.
- Submit education qualification and language proficiency.
Now the candidate will submit details of their language proficiency, educational qualifications, course studied, mark percentages, etc., and details of computer knowledge, if any. Apart from that, on this page, they can also select a centre for IBPS PO pre-examination training if they are eligible for the facility.
- Provide Bank preference for PO selection
Participants who clear the IBPS PO 2023 with a good rank will be eligible for the position of “Probationary Officers or Management Trainees” in 11 recruiting banks conducting the IBPS PO recruitment. In this section, they can pick their favourite banks in order of preference, which will be considered if they get the PO selection.
- Verify everything and complete IBPS PO application
Next, its the part to verify the sections of IBPS PO application that you have completed so far and accept the terms and conditions. Tick checkboxes “I Agree” and “I confirm” and press complete the registration button.
- Upload additional documents
Time to upload the thumb impression and handwritten declaration as per the specifications given in the IBPS PO CRP XIII notification.
- Make IBPS PO fee payment
The applicant will now make the payment for their IBPS PO/MT application through the BillDesk gateway. The fee to be paid will be shown on the registration form. Proceed and remit the amount using UPI, Card, or Netbanking.

There isn’t any particular limit on how many times a candidate can register for IBPS/MT; the only requirement is that they have to mention the same in PO/CRP XIII application.

Yes, any eligible candidate can participate in the IBPS PO exam 2023 without a CIBIL score. However, if an appointment is to be made, the recruiting Bank will decide whether to consider credit history. If it is mandatory, you need to have a CIBIL score above 650 to get the job.
